Sunday April 20th
Kundalini Sadhana

Sadhana begins at 4:45 - 7:15am ~ led by Jiwan Shakti Kaur
followed by a 2 1/2 hour meditation with mantra.

Want to experience Sadhana?
Sadhana is when we practice our yoga during the Amrit
Vela hours, a time when the world is quiet and we can
go into meditation and connect with our inner source
much easier. Our glands secrete better during this
time and we get much more out of our practice.
Its a wonderful way to set yourself for the day.
We will begin with a 20 minute prayer
followed by a Kundalini Yoga set
then we chant for 1 hour

Full Moon Meditation
"The meditation will create balance and creativity
using a moving mudra and mantra. This meditation is a
key to opening the flow of Kundalini, a state of
increased awareness. This new awareness gives you a
direct experience of your true self. This meditation
will be practiced for 2 1/2 hours! This length can be
quite challenging, and the effects can be profound.

Durning a 2 1/2 hour meditation, your subconscious
mind will dump its negative impressions and will align
with the expansive and uplifting experience of your
core spiritual identity."

~ Hari Kaur Khalsa from A
Woman's Book of Meditation.
