Our
yoga classes provide an opportunity for growth
and awareness. Every yoga class includes breathing, movement,
stretching, and relaxation. We keep our classes small so that
we can provide individual help and encouragement and we support
you in moving at your own pace. At the TreeHouse, yoga is not
a competitive sport; it is a process of opening and exploring.
You may choose to start in any class at any time. We encourage
you to try as many different classes as you can.

in life, offers the greatest benefit. Practice of as little as ten
minutes a day combined with a weekly class or two and the positive
difference in your life will quickly become apparent. To that end,
we offer a class specifically to help you establish and maintain a
home practice. This course is for students who are familiar with basic
postures and breathing practices. Limited to 5 students.
Kundalini

sound & chanting (mantra), sets of exercises (Kriyas) and meditation.
It is designed to provide you with the experience of your highest
consciousness and consists of simple yogic techniques that can be
