Yantra & Tantra |
3:30-5:30p | Yantras are visual tools that serve in meditation either as centering devices or as symbolic compositions of the Self or Divine. Mantra is a phrase (word) and/or sound (vibration) which is used to focus the mind and come into alignment with the various forms of the Divine. In this workshop we will explore these powerful practices and discuss how to incorporate them into our existing yoga practice. $25 in advance, $30 at the door. |
